You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (e.g. our prices and product listings) parts of this Website.
Roll It Club LLC products come with a six-month guaranteed warranty. For an exact period relating to your product, and the terms and conditions thereof, please see the individual warranty card that came in the giftbox with your HIGHROLLER.
Roll It Club LLC HIGHROLLER are warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage and or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or production. The six-month Limited Warranty includes all components and craftsmanship of the HIGHROLLER.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage resulting from improper handling.
- Lack of care.
- Accidents or normal wear and tear.
- Self-inflicted unnecessary water damage.
- Self-inflicted unnecessary Chemical damage.
Defective HIGHROLLER covered by the six-month Limited Warranty will be replaced at our cost with a new identical HIGHROLLER. The warranty is invalid if the HIGHROLLER is misused, abused or tampered with.

Once Roll It Club LLC has reviewed your inquiry (this usually takes more than 48 hours), and we have approved the warranty work we will ask you to securely pack your HIGHROLLER in a postal package. You, the customer, will pay for the return shipment and we advise using an established international courier service (USPS, UPS, Fedex, TNT, DHL etc.) to minimize the risk of the HIGHROLLER being lost during transportation.
In most of the cases the replacement will be completed within 1-2 weeks after receipt. Please note there may be issues beyond our control, such as holidays, backorders may affect replacement times. Roll It Club LLC covers the return shipment and repair or replacement for warranty work.
Roll It Club LLC gladly accept return of items bought at www.RICHIGHROLLER.com. You have to return the merchandise no later than 30 days from the product is received. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, and/or are incomplete. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will refund your credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You, the customer, will pay for the return shipment and we advise using an established international courier service (UPS, Fedex, TNT, DHL etc.) in order to minimize the risk of the HIGHROLLER being lost during transportation. Note that you must advise us on email before sending any returns, otherwise we may reject it.

When you place an order to purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order plus shipping information. All orders will be shipped by mail (national) or parcel delivery service (overseas). Roll It Club LLC will retain ownership of the products until full payment has been made by you and been received by Roll It Club LLC. Roll It Club LLC reserves the right to hold any orders prior to shipping for security review.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your usage of the Website and your orders will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Events beyond our reasonable control
Roll It Club LLC will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
